General Lingerie/ accessories
1. When will my subscription box ship?
- Subscription boxes are shipped in the first week of every month. All boxes are shipped during same week in the order they were placed, starting from the earliest to the most recent. Our goal is to have your box delivered at the start of the month. Once your box is shipped, you will receive tracking details.
2. Whats included in my subscription box?
Each of our boxes is thoughtfully curated with a luxurious selection of lingerie from bras and panties to garter belts, bodysuits and beyond. Expect high-quality, stylish pieces designed to make you feel confident, empowered and undeniably sexy.
3. When is the cut off date?
- all orders need to be on the 21st of every month. Any orders placed after that date your set will roll of to the next month.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
During high-demand periods, slight delays may occur — but we’ll keep you updated.
Shipping Times
Items in stock: Standard Delivery (South Africa): 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Preorder / Back order items : ships in 10–14 days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order’s journey directly with our courier partner.
