SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Temptasia! We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and discreetly as possible. Please review our shipping schedules and pre-order terms below.

1. PROCESSING TIME
• In-Stock Orders: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During high-demand periods or sales launches, processing times may take slightly longer. We will always keep you updated via email if there are any unexpected delays.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
We deliver nationwide across South Africa via reliable courier partners:

• In-Stock Items: Standard Delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location (main centers are typically faster than outer areas).
• Pre-Order / Backorder Items: Pre-order items are specifically produced or sourced for you and ship within 10–14 business days from your order date. 

*Note for Split Orders:* If your order contains a combination of in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready, unless requested otherwise.

3. SHIPPING FEES & PROMOTIONS
• Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen courier service.
• Free Shipping promotions or minimum spend thresholds may apply during promotional periods (check our homepage banner or current promo codes for details).

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your package step-by-step.
