SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS, SIZING & ACCURACY
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
All sizes, descriptions, and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. Due to the personal and intimate nature of lingerie, customers are responsible for carefully consulting our sizing guide prior to placing an order.

SECTION 3 - TEMPTASIA SUBSCRIPTION BOXES (RECURRING BILLING)
If you subscribe to the Temptasia Subscription Box service:
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews on a recurring monthly basis until paused or canceled by you.
• Billing Cycle: Your payment method will be charged automatically on the recurring billing date specified during checkout.
• Cancellation & Changes: You may cancel, pause, or update your subscription preferences at any time through your Customer Portal prior to your monthly billing date. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following month's box.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website—including logos, photography, graphics, product design assets, text, and overall store layout—is the property of Temptasia and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
